Value their Experience

There are 6 billion people on the planet each person's experience is unique and different. In relationship we many times dishonor the others experience. For whatever reason, for whatever were thinking, we may be thinking well I haven't had that experience or no that's not the right experience, the way I experience things is the right experience, oh they’re just doing it wrong. Whatever the reason, it doesn't matter. What matters is that it takes us out relationship and connection. It doesn't matter if we don't agree with someone's experience. It doesn't matter if we don't think it's real. It doesn't matter if we don't understand it. What matters is that we value and honor it, it's their experience who are we to make it wrong, it takes us out of relationship. The next time someone is sharing their experience, listen, honor them, value what they are saying to you. That will bring you into true relationship, into connection with the other.
